Primary Responsibilities/Duties
1. Drive Fluke Biomedical, Raysafe and Landauer business in East Region.
推进福禄克医疗质控部在华东区域的业务;
2. Balance the long-term strategy with immediate opportunities in hot
competition markets.
在竞争激烈的市场中,平衡长期战略和短期机会;
3. Beat and exceed sales objectives by coordinating with marketing, channels
and other partners.
通过与市场、渠道和其他合作伙伴的协调,完成并努力超额完成销售目标;
4. Formulate, develop and execute short and medium-term sales plans in order
to achieve sales goals.
制定、发展和执行中短期销售计划,以完成销售目标;
5. Develop new customers and generate qualified leads and funnel to support
long term business growth.
开发新客户,产生潜在的销售线索和合格的商机,以支持长期业务增长;
6. Convert funnel opportunities into qualified booking orders through value
selling.
通过价值销售将商机转化为合格的订单;
7. Train channel partners and customers on product applications.
对渠道合作伙伴和客户进行产品应用方面的培训。
Qualification
1. 工学本科或以上学历,5年以上医疗行业销售经验,有渠道和大客户管理经验;
2. 具备敏锐的市场观察能力、良好的语言表达及沟通能力;
3. 积极进取,以结果为导向,有创造力,有较强的独立工作能力及团队合作精神;
4. 具有较强的自我激励能力和良好的销售技巧,有成功及良好的销售记录;
5. 能适应出差安排。
