Job purpose:
As part of region sourcing capability build up, this role will deeper dive work with Operation Director and Global sourcing, aim to support local and global project such as Mask/Cost out successfully executed and support local and global strategy sourcing planning.
Responsibility and Qualification:
86Continually identifies and implements new opportunities for Cost Savings and Cost analysis and proactively tracks progress toward these objectives.
86follow the Sourcing process and decisions on a global basis.
86Manages supplier selection process and ensures supplier selections are healthy.
86Execution of negotiation strategies with suppliers, including specific targets for pricing, service, quality
86Works with Legal to execute optimal contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
86Manages supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with and performance of contract terms.
86Develops implementation and transition plans to ensure sourcing benefits are fully realized.
86Follow global strategies identifying market trends and dynamics to generate defined plans for cost savings, risk assessment and mitigation, and sustainable sourcing strategies.
86Works with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance to ensure quality in supplier base.
86Participates in supplier audits and assists in generating purchase specifications.
86Other task/project assigned by line manager.
