职位目的:
61 识别,确认和获取相关产品的销售机会。结合当前不断发展的客户需求,创建和管理销售和市场计划
61 利用标准程序和流程建立和执行销售计划和技术支持。维护并增进已有的客户关系
Purpose of Job:
61 Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities in related products. Create and manage sales and marketing initiatives, incorporating current and evolving customer requirements.
61 Utilize standard procedures and processes to establish and execute both sales plan and technical support. Maintain and improve customer relationships
工作职责:
61 根据公司要求以及相关市场策略及时完成各自的销售指标、有效利用自己的能力以及公司资源独立开发新市场、新客户; 维护并增进已有的客户关系;
61 与指定区域的经销商紧密合作,管理和监督经销商的业务结果和业务能力
61 向客户(终端用户)推广公司的产品及提供服务。
61 与服务团队紧密协作,协助维修工程师和应用支持专员安装仪器、技术支持,确保客户满意度
61 开展客户技术交流,收集市场和行业信息
61 完成上级领导交代的其他项目。
Key Responsibilities:
61 Achieve Sales target assigned by company, develop new customer and market for responsible products, maintain and improve customer relationships
61 Work closely with distributors, manage and monitor distributor’s sales performance and capabilities
61 Promote company products and services to the customers (end users)
61 Work closely with service team, coordinate instrument installation and application solutions with service engineer and application specialist to ensure customer satisfaction
61 Carry out technical communication with customers, collect market and industry information
61 Complete other tasks assigned by line manager
61 医学检验或者生物医药相关专业背景本科以上
61 3年以上医疗行业一线销售工作经验,熟悉妇幼产品/三方检测产品优先
61 良好的沟通能力,积极主动,以及团队精神
61 Bachelor’s degree of clinical diagnostics or Bio-pharmaceutical related
61 At least 3 years sales experience in medical industry
61 Good communication, Be proactive and team sprit
