Your key responsibilities
61 Extend support to drive projects to achieve agreed business growth
targets i.e. sales budget, target margins and sales forecast accuracy.
61 Support the business unit on project management system inputs i.e.
Activity Reports, Project Data Entries, Win/Loss Tracking, Safety Documents,
SAP entries.
61 Handle all sales administration and coordination of regional sales
budgets & targets, vitality reports and ad hoc requests.
61 Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure the material for
fragrance submissions is ready i.e. pyramids, samples, meetings
61 Manage fragrance, base, sampling and product requests with client and
global business unit networks
61 Plan proactive fragrance initiatives in the region with sales, creation,
and marketing teams
61 Prepare presentations and support in communicating proposals, plans and
submissions to clients
61 Coordinate on-going projects and events. Liaise with both internal and
client’s Marketing, Innovation and Technical teams regarding project status
updates and meeting schedule

61 Min. 3 year experience in a commercial, marketing or sales support role
61 Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
61 Organised, meticulous and able to multi-task
