2. Act as the interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s)

3. Ensure design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers

4. Implement all changes of the production system related to the product modifications (as of Engineering Change Management)

5. Ensure manufacturing feasibility

6. Study, develop in detail, follow-up, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System of production, including but not limited to: the program process flow charts, plant layout, equipment and tools, utilities, material and information flow analysis, supply chain definition, in accordance with the Group standards and program objectives

7. Manage the Production Part Approval Process (including Mass Production Trial and Extended Mass Production Trial)

8. Manage the production launch and support the Production Ramp-up

9. Report all manufacturing risks analysis and their associated action plans and opportunities

10. Apply program Management System and Engineering Change Management and Faurecia tools and standards

11. Ensure that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully and on time

12. Manage finance\resource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the Management standard.

13. Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company.

14. Others temporary job given by Line Manager

任职资格：

1、Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering; or, minimum 5 years previous experience as Manufacturing Engineer

2、Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making and communication skills

3、Thorough knowledge of engineering techniques associated with project management

4、Must be capable of working with a wide variety of people from the shop floor to senior managers, vendors, suppliers and customers

5、Practical knowledge of AQP functions, continuous improvement, and other analytical and action planning tools

6、Knowledgeable computer skills

7、Oral and writing of English
