机加工艺工程师-前期

-Support solving machining relate problems.

Major Responsibilities:

-Support new product design from DFM/DFA standpoint

-Introduce new technologies for machining process

-New process development based on new design and new technology

-Development local machining supplier

-Continuous Improvement of existing manufacturing equipment as well as assist in the implementation of new programs & process development based on cost down strategy.

-Be responsible for process development, tooling / equipment debug / installation / qualification

-Lead process problem solving and root cause analysis

-Execute CPI assignment on time

-Optimize machining process to meet cycle time, FTQ and changeover goals

-Implement process CIP for cost reduction

-Maintaining manufacturing documents, such as SMP, PFD, PFMEA and WI etc.

-Training operators

Requirements:

-5 Yrs minimum experience in a manufacturing environment and machining process

-Familiar with machining basic knowledge, GD&T skillful

-Familiar with Fanuc, Siemens CNC system…

-Familiar with Auto CAD and UG/solidworks…

-Familiar with machining tooling design and machining process, such as machining center, surface grinder, special grinder rack, nut, gear, housing, and worm shaft machining experience is firstly preferred.

-Can use 6 sigma tools to solve problem.
