2.Lead BCCS (Best Cost Country Sourcing) projects within Asia region

3.Manage tier 1 and multiple tier suppliers strategically and professionally

4.Fulfill KPIs for category manager role such as savings, payment terms, multiple sourcing, best cost country sourcing, sustainability, etc.

5.Responsible for KPI and other relevant reporting

6.Responsible for contract management

7.Lead risk management assessment and deploy risk mitigations

8.Carry out market intelligence reports

9.Act as a champion role to lead the cross-functional procurement team

10.Co-ordinate a cross-functional team within and outside procurement team

11.Serve as escalation point of responsible and Asia suppliers for global category management team

12.Support local team on site upon request

13.Support special procurement projects or tasks upon request

职位要求：

1.Master or Bachelor degree in business or engineering

2.Minimum 5 year experience in strategic procurement and category management role

3.Fluent in English and Chinese, German language preferred

4.High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently

5.Goal-oriented way of working with strong strategic thinking skills

6.Strong entrepreneur spirit

7.Proactive, determined, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
