2. Drive suppliers to improve performance after mass production, implement process control and quality plans;

3. Perform supplier audits and provide support for supplier quality system improvement;

4. Monitor supplier PPM,8D ,corrective action follow up

5. Monthly reporting supplier quality performance with action

6. Work with project work teams to define project deliverables, project planning and etc.

7. Develop new work process, new tools and functional capabilities. Maintain and improve existingquality systems processes;

8. Liaison with in-house on team on quality specification and coordinate quality improvement programs across functional areas;

9. Building good rapport and achieving customers' goals respective to quality engineering

10. HSE Follow up laws, regulations and HSE rules, attend HSE activity and training timely, follow position HSE requirement.

11. Have quality awareness, be aware of company quality policy, be aware of customer requirements and risks involved for the customer, and know how to deal with quality risk such as problem escalation.
