83 Manage all control and rework for automotive suppliers.
83 Manage critical quality problem at OEMs, lead team to set up on-line support at OEMs.
83 Manage and coordinate international project within group.
83 Supervising the Performance of the engineers in the team, recruiting, inducting, coaching, and managing the engineers.
83 Project and Employee assignment planning and follow up.
83 Assist customer to draft control plan and implement for PPAP parts.
83 For supplier`s critical quality problem, help and supervise root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action and verification of effectiveness.
83 Manage customer service project for OEMs and tire 1 suppliers.
83 Audit and evaluate supplier process quality capability for new project and corrective action follow up.
83 8D report and follow up.
> Your profile
83 More than 6 years working experience in automotive industry, and good knowledge on quality control with at least 1 year management experience.
83 Good wrritten and verbal English skill.
83 Lead team(engineers, supervisors and inspectors), flexible manpower arrangement based on project situation.
83 Weekly projects overview.
83 Customer complain management.
83 Strong communication skill.
83 Experienced skill on Excel, Powerpoint report.
83 Hard work, can travel frequently and ready for urgently business travel.
