1. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
- Provide support and troubleshooting to internal and external customers.
- Handle complaints per established guidelines: open, follow investigative stages, and close.
- Internal & External product training provide
- Perform laboratory testing
职位要求：
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in hospital laboratory or technical support and troubleshooting experience in the medical device company, IVD experience is preferred 02
- Knowledge of bioMerieux’s product is preferred 02
- Good interpersonal and communication skills 02
- Good team player and taking the ownership of the job responsibility
