About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to support and drive the growth of the China Sales business. The key objectives include achieving annual sales targets, expanding key account business, and positioning the company as a top brand in the market. This role requires a proactive approach to drive sell-in efforts with key accounts and support sell-out strategies to maximize market performance. Additionally, the candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities that contribute to the company’s overall success.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive Sell-in Efforts with Key Accounts
· Develop and execute customer sales plans in alignment with global and local strategies.
· Maintain regular communication with customers to generate accurate sales and demand forecasts.
· Ensure timely delivery of brand plans, sales strategies, and marketing assets to support business growth.
· Secure agreements and document sales conditions with customers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
· Implement and manage the global channel strategy, ensuring seamless integration between online and offline sales channels.
· Apply strong sales skills to effectively drive sell-in initiatives.
· Oversee budgeting and cost management in accordance with company guidelines.
2. Support Sell-out Strategies
· Monitor market trends and brand performance to provide strategic guidance to customers.
· Manage online retail partners or e-commerce operations, ensuring optimal revenue generation.
· Collaborate with offline distributors to understand their needs and maintain a balanced omnichannel development strategy.
· Facilitate internal coordination to support customer demand and drive sell-out performance.
· Oversee e-commerce operations and external resources to achieve business targets.
3. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities
· Identify key opportunities that align with the company’s strategic roadmap.
· Develop new business partnerships to drive long-term growth.
· Engage with potential leads from trade shows and daily operations to explore business expansion opportunities.
· Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management.
4. Additional Responsibilities
· Lead assigned projects as directed by the supervisor.
· Contribute to content creation and engagement initiatives.
· Coordinate internal resources to support customer requirements.
· Participate in strategic planning discussions.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in the music instrument industry, especially in the guitar segment.
· 2+ years of experience managing offline retail accounts.
· Passion for music with hands-on experience playing instruments.
· Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Self-motivated, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Proactive and humble team player who thrives in a growing company.
