1、Maintain and improve company quality system.

保持和提高企业的质量体系。

2、 Develop quality strategy and improvement target, initiate improvement plan against the target, and track the implement status to

ensure the achievement of target.

制定质量战略和改善目标，着手改进计划与目标，跟踪实施情况以确保实现目标。

3、’Supervise quality engineers and inspectors to fulfill quality inspection. Monitor daily quality status. Maintain an accurate quality

data collecting, recording and reporting system.

监督质量工程师、检验员完成检验质量。监控日常质量状况。保持一个准确的质量数据的收集，记录和报告制度。

4、Motivate quality department. Enhance employee personal development through training and coaching.

激励质量部，提高员工的个人发展培训和辅导。

5、To collect production quality status information and customer/market feedback, resolve factory and market complaints and make

correspondent improvement.

收集工厂生产质量的状态信息和客户/市场反馈，解决工厂和市场投诉并做出相应的改进。

6、Audit the new supplier.

审核供应商。

7、Management and supervision of the work of the after-sales service department.

售后服务部门工作的管理和监督。

8、Management and supervision of the work of the SQE.

供应商管理工作的管理和监督。

9、Management and supervision of the work of EHST.

环境、健康、安全、培训工作的管理和监督。

10、To perform other duties as required by GM.

其他由上级交代的工作。

Qualification&Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

1、Bachelor’s degree or above, major in machinery or similar.

本科及以上学历，工程机械或者相关专业毕业

2、More than 8 years working experience plus a minimum of 5 years of supervisor above managerial experience.

超过八年的相关工作经验，至少五年的管理岗位；

3、Familiar with heavy machinery industry, and have the background of the same field is preferred

熟悉重型机械行业，有良好的同行业背景者优先；

4、Good at supply chain management

良好的供应链管理能力

5、Good system analysis and logic skills.

良好的系统分析和逻辑能力。

6、Good inter-personal and communication, and strong leadership skills

良好的人际交往与沟通，和强有力的领导技能。

7、Fluently English both in oral and written, Italian is an advantage

流利的英语口语和书面能力，意大利语优先考虑。

8、Quick and precise response for complex and urgent situations

9、Excellent communication and cooperation skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
