1 Design and implement solution to integrate level 3 applications with level 2 equipment or system

2 Serve as link between Global support team and local Process Team/Flow Team for critical system automation integration such as new feature adoption

3 Addressing issue and provide 24*7 on call support for unplanned incident to make sure production making medicine smoothly.

4 Owning system LCM (Life Cycle Management) and new function integrated into current process

5 Lead computer system validation(new, upgrading, replacement) and routine CAPA task(PR,ARR,AR) following Lilly Standard procedure(LQP&LQS) computer system validation requirement to ensure system in valid status

6 Maintain a compliance status for systems and service accounts following cybersecurity requirement

7 Engage with x-function for suitable time window patching as well as post function verifications

1 Automation/ Computer science background

2 Strong project management skills and lead project, including defining project plan,

3 coordinating project resource, and oversight project task execution, etc.

Experience of (leading)deployment and maintenance of (IT) Automation or other related system

4 Be able to maintain the lifecycle of02 (IT) automation system to ensure high quality

5 computer system including implementing IT change or resolve (IT)automation system issue

Computer system validation experience, be able to write CSV document

6 Effective communication skills both verbal and written in Chinese and English, seamless communication with internal team and Global supporting team

7 Be able to influent team member and drive things happen/move forward with strategic thinking
