职位描述
岗位职责:
1.负责开展光伏组件外贸业务,拓展海外市场,开发并维护国外客户,扩大业务发展市场;
2.根据公司下达的销售任务,及时制定销售计划,完成销售任务,保证货款及时回拢;
3.及时了解和收集光伏行业市场信息、产品情况、目标客户近期的经营情况,做好客户信息反馈、市场信息反馈;
4.负责国外订单业务的洽谈和谈判,跟进订单处理情况,保证按照客户要求交付,并及时响应客户投诉,提高顾客满意度;
5.筹备和参加展会等市场推广活动,积极搜集国际、国内市场信息,掌握未来行业发展前景;
6.上级安排的其他工作任务。
任职条件:
1、本科及以上学历,国际贸易、电子商务、英语类等相关专业;
2、CET-6级及以上,有较好的英语口语沟通表达能力,敢于和国外客户通话;
3、1年以上外贸工作经验,有出口跟单经验优秀;
4、有较强的市场业务开拓能力,沟通能力,抗压能力;
5、熟练操作计算机,熟练掌握OFFICE等办公软件;
6、有良好的沟通能力和谈判能力,较强的团队合作精神,乐于接受挑战,对工作有热情和激情。
7、有光伏或新能源行业经验者优先考虑
薪资待遇及出勤时间:无责底薪7- 9K(13 薪),高额提成(销售额*1%)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for carrying out foreign trade business of solar panels, expanding overseas markets, developing and maintaining foreign customers, and expanding business development markets.
2. According to the sales tasks issued by the company, formulate a sales plan in a timely manner, complete the sales tasks, and ensure that the payment is returned in time.
3. Keep abreast of and collect market information, product conditions, and recent business conditions of target customers in the photovoltaic industry, and do a good job of customer information feedback and market information feedback.
4. Responsible for the negotiation and negotiation of foreign order business, follow up on the processing of orders, ensure delivery in accordance with customer requirements, and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction.
5. Prepare for and participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, actively collect international and domestic market information, and grasp the future development prospects of the industry.
6. Other work tasks arranged by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, e-commerce, English, etc.
2. CET-6 level and above, have good oral English communication and expression skills, talk to foreign customers.
3. More than 1 year of foreign trade work experience, excellent export documentary experience.
4. Have strong market business development ability, communication ability, and stress resistance.
5. Proficient in OFFICE and other office software.
6. Have good communication skills and negotiation skills, strong team spirit, willing to accept challenges, enthusiasm and passion for work.
7. Experience in photovoltaic or new energy industry is preferred
