Sr. Processing Engineer

1. Clarifying the specification with Product Manager on the early stage for customer inquiry.

2. Aligning customer specification and internal & external capability to work out the process flow for customer sampling.

3. Following up customer sampling request such as: Preparing material, Tools, production Planning etc.

4. Processing development by internal projects to meet customer specification which over our current competence.

5. Transferring developed technology and processing knowhow to Join Venture company for mass production if necessary.

6. Follow strictly company policy including EHS, equipment maintenance, lab 5s and compliance and take personal responsibility based on the department guideline.

Your Profile:

1. University degree or above in Materials, Engineering etc.;

2. >5 years working experience in glass industry and hands-on experience on wafer processing of glass or crystals;

3. The ability of analysis and problem solving with creative thinking;

4. Fluently spoken and written English and Mandarin.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proactive and initiative attitude
