61 Collect and analyze user requirements, conduct system functional design, application quality assurance and UAT arrangement.

61 Work with internal team and external vendors to ensure the application is developed according to functional and programming specification with well-structured SDLC.

61 Ensure the IT security control and regulatory compliance requirement are included in the related system development.

61 Lead and manage IT projects as assigned, perform any other duties / projects as assigned by IT Manager.

61 Regular collaborate and review across departments to adopt business automation, streamline workflows and improve operation efficiency.

61 Measure the service levels of vendors and coordinate with vendors for continual improvement.

61 Troubleshoot and resolve WMS, Label and Print management system issues.

61 Deliver comprehensive training programs and user manuals for internal staff.

Requirements:

61 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Tertiary education in Computer Studies, or related discipline.

61 Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, and MNC preferred.

61 Proven track record in project management and execute SDLC.

61 Soild experience in VB, C#, Python, Java, SQL, PowerBI, PowerAutomate and AutomationAnywhere.

61 Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and software development life cycle best practices.

61 Knowledge and experience in ERP, WMS and Linux OS is a plus.

61 Experience with E-Commerce, ETL and EDI will be an advantage.

61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to work independently.

61 Demonstrate ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style.

61 Good verbal and written (English and Mandarin) communications skills with the ability to effectively document procedures.

61 至少3年IT行业经验，跨国企业经验优先。

61 具备项目管理及执行SDLC的成功经验。

61 熟练掌握VB、C#、Python、Java、SQL、PowerBI、PowerAutomate及AutomationAnywhere。

61 深刻理解RESTful API及软件开发生命周期***实践。

61 熟悉ERP、WMS及Linux操作系统者优先。

61 有电子商务、ETL及EDI经验者更佳。

61 出色的分析解决问题能力，能独立工作。

61 具备团队协作精神与跨部门合作能力。

61 优秀的中英文口头及书面表达能力，能规范编写流程文档。
