电气技术员

工作内容：

1.操作和保养生产车间的电力设备。包括调整及修改参数，根据操作指南对故障进行排查和检修等；

2进行暖气、电机和控制系统等的维修和安装工作，对加热电路进行故障排查，对机械设备的辅助设备和控制装置施行相应的保养工作；

3.完成设备的日常巡查工作，对设备进行必要的保养、维修及更换，保证生产运作的高效和安全；

4.使用电脑及相关软件诊断工厂设备，包括阅读技术图纸和图表，使用诊断工具等。

任职要求

1. 大专及以上学历，电气及其自动化相关专业；

2. 两年以上的塑料或化工行业工作经验；

3. 高压或低压电工证

4.高度的敬业精神和团队合作精神以及抗压能力

5.自动过程控制设备的实操经验

6.基本的英语听书读写技能

Job Responsibilities:

1.Operate and maintain plant/facility electrical power equipment. Maintain, adjust, modify, troubleshoot and draw correct conclusions from instructions;

2.Perform repair and installation work such as heating, motor and control system; troubleshoot hot circuits. Maintain electrical accessories and control devices on plant machines and equipment.

3.Determine by inspection the electrical repair, replacement and maintenance operations necessary to maintain in efficient and safe operating condition for all types of machines and equipment.

4.Uses computer and software systems to analyze and diagnose all plant equipment including reading technical drawings and schematics and using diagnostic tools.

Qualifications Required:

1.At least 2 years working experience in plastics or chemical plant.

2.University/College degree in electrical engineering , Automation or related major.

3.High or low voltage electrical worker certificate

4.Hard-working and good team work spirit; Able to work under the pressure;

5.Hands-on working experience in auto process control equipment;

6.Basic English communication skills in reading and writing.
