In this role, as a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of after sales service are consistently delivered to all our customers and partners by providing technical expertise and excellent customer service skills, and working together with our team of design, engineering, quality engineers and the field services administration staff to achieve the business objectives of the company and our customers. This position will travel within China and work at mining area and going underground.

83 Precision in product services exceeding client standards

Install, debug, repair, overhaul, and service our products with the utmost precision and dedication, ensuring that the quality of work not only meets but exceeds the agreed standards set by our clients. This involves adhering strictly to all standard procedures, ensuring that every step of the process is executed flawlessly and efficiently.

83 Highest standards in customer service, exceeding expectations

Offer the highest standards of customer service by being attentive to each individual customer's unique requirements and ensuring a prompt, proactive, efficient, and effective response to their needs. We strive to anticipate and exceed their expectations, fostering a positive and satisfying customer experience at every interaction.

83 Fault-find DDC & PLC systems to minimize downtime

To thoroughly investigate and fault-find the DDC and PLC based control systems within our product range, diagnosing issues accurately and swiftly to minimize downtime and restore functionality.

83 Complete detailed, timely site work reports

Complete concise, accurate, and detailed reports on all work carried out on site, ensuring that all job-related paperwork is meticulously maintained and submitted on time. This includes comprehensive documentation of all tasks performed, materials used, and any relevant observations or recommendations.

83 Maintain product knowledge for holistic solutions

Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the Company's product range, enabling us to offer or promote alternative equipment or services to our customers based on their specific needs. While on site, we actively identify any other equipment or systems for which the Company may offer its services, ensuring that we are always prepared to provide holistic solutions.

83 Seek improvements for greater efficiency & satisfaction

To continuously identify elements of our products, services, or working practices that could be improved, seeking innovative ways to enhance our offerings and streamline our processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.

83 Produce clear reports on product failures for improvements

Assist the company by producing clear and concise internal reports relating to product failures, working closely with the technical team to perform on-site evaluations and provide actionable insights for future improvements.

83 Develop skills through ongoing training

To actively develop and refine your skills and technical knowledge through ongoing participation in both on-the-job and off-the-job training programs, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry advancements and are well-equipped to handle any challenge that arises.

83 Adhere to safe working practices and ISO 9001 & 14001 standards

To be fully conversant with and responsible for adhering to safe working practices in accordance with current Health and Safety legislation, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a manner that prioritizes the well-being and safety of all personnel involved. Observe and adhere to all ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) requirements, ensuring that our operations meet international standards for quality and sustainability.

83 Collaborate for high service standards

Proactively communicate and collaborate with members of your own department and other departments, fostering a cohesive and collaborative work environment that ensures the achievement of high standards of service to customers and the fulfillment of business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

61 College degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related majors

61 A current and valid CSCS card or industry equivalent skills card

61 Proficient in pumps and familiar with company-specific products with at least 3 years experience

61 Possess a valid driving license

61 Demonstrate strong customer service skills

61 Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

61 Accurately and legibly complete reports and paperwork

61 Work independently in the field with minimal supervision

61 Self-motivated and committed to high quality and efficiency

61 Exhibit a proactive and adaptable mindset

61 PC literate although additional PDA training will be offered

61 Good at English is a plus
