For GTF
Work with sales for sales campaigns, understand the contract
Lead and coordinate with related department for customer set-up process
Communication with customer, establish shop visit forecast
Receive and distribute paper work for engine induction
Communication and coordinate with customer for in-shop engine status, including
1.Repair process
2.TAT, Delays etc.
3.Repair cost estimate
4.Delivery plan
Invoice issuance and clarification
Follow-up with customer ensure timely payment
Warranty administration
Coordinates customer meetings/visits/events
Express customer demands accurately and punctually
Coordinate with all department to ensure high quality maintenance work
Qualification Requirements:
Working experience in the field of aviation industry is preferred.
Computer and English Skills: Fluent English (CET-6)and computer skills.
Ability to make clear statements.
With Self-confident, strong sense of service, easy to communication and coopera-tion.
