1. Report and Use Cases Management

o Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of

reports on consumer data and sales channel data, ensuring the

accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data to provide strong support

for business decisions.

o Lead the iterative update of use cases, deeply understand business

requirements, mine data value, and promote the implementation of

data-driven business solutions to improve business efficiency and

decision-making quality.

2. Data Platform Operation and Iteration

o Undertake the daily operation and maintenance work of the data

platform, including but not limited to the monitoring and

maintenance of data collection, storage, processing, and

transmission processes. Solve various technical problems in a timely

manner to ensure the stable operation of the platform.

o Participate in the iterative update projects of the data platform,

work closely with the technical team, propose platform optimization

suggestions based on the changes in business development and

data requirements, and promote their implementation to enhance

the performance, functionality, and usability of the platform.

3. Cross-departmental Collaboration and Communication

o Collaborate closely with multiple teams such as data analyst, data

engineers, and business stakeholders to collect and sort out

business requirements, translate them into the functions and

features of data products, and ensure the close integration of data

products with business goals.

o Communicate the value, functions, and usage methods of data

products to team members and stakeholders at different levels in a

clear and accurate manner to promote the effective promotion and

application of data products within the organization.

II. Qualifications

1. Work Experience: Have 3 - 5 years of work experience in data product

management or related fields. Candidates with successful cases in data

product design, development, and delivery are preferred.

2. Technical Skills

o Familiar with big data models, possess solid data modeling, ETL

(Extract, Transform, Load), and SQL skills, and be able to proficiently

operate and analyze large-scale data sets.

o Understand mainstream data warehouse architectures and data lake

technologies, such as Hive, Snowflake, Delta Lake, Dataphin etc.,

and have a certain understanding and practical experience in the

architecture design and technology selection of data platforms.

o Master at least one data visualization tool, such as PowerBI, QuickBI

etc., and be able to transform data into intuitive and

understandable visual reports and dashboards to meet the data

analysis needs of business users.

3. Business Understanding

o Have an in-depth understanding of the consumer business and

sales channels, be able to quickly grasp business processes and key

indicators, accurately identify business pain points and data

requirements, and translate data insights into practical business

improvement suggestions and action plans.

o Possess a keen business acumen and a data-driven mindset, be able

to discover potential business opportunities and risks from massive

data, and provide data support and basis for the company's

strategic decision-making.

4. English Proficiency: Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and

writing skills, be able to communicate and collaborate smoothly with

international teams, and read and write English technical documents and

business reports.

5. Other Abilities

o Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking abilities, be able to

quickly locate problems in complex data environments and

business scenarios and propose effective solutions.

o Good team spirit and communication and coordination abilities,

possess a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, be

able to complete work tasks on time and ensure work quality under

high-pressure environments.

o Have a strong learning ability and self-motivation, have a strong

interest in new technologies and new business fields, be able to

continuously improve their professional skills and knowledge

reserves, and adapt to the rapidly changing business and technical

environment.
