Position Summary:
支持劳动关系、招聘、报表等相关工作。
Support Labor relationship、 recruitment and reporting related work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 负责各招聘渠道招聘信息的及时更新,简历筛选,电话沟通,面试及录取通知准备;
Ensure timely job ads update on all recruiting channel, and responsible for CV screening, cold call, f2f interview and offer process.
2. 负责维护员工信息,确保数据的准确、安全和及时更新。并支持相关HR系统的上线及维护;
Maintain employee records manually or in HRIS system so that information is accurate, secure and timely updated. Support HRIS system online and maintenance.
3. 负责收集、维护及检查考勤记录、加班和假期统计,以及相关疑问的解答;
Responsible for collecting, maintaining, and checking the attendance records to calculate OT and Leave. Act as key contact window to deal with all OT and leave inquiries.
4. 定期提供人力资源相关报告(如:人员统计分析、组织架构等),确保数据的准确和及时提交;
Regular HR reporting (HC analysis/organizational chart etc.) and ensure data quality and timely submittal.
5. 上级安排的其他相关工作。
Other related work assigned by line manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 良好沟通表达能力;

Sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
4. 耐心细致,注重细节;
Strong capability of patience and precision.
5. 熟悉使用Office软件(Excel, Word, PPT);
Proficient in Office Software (Excel, Word, PPT).
6. 英语听说读写流畅。
Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源及相关专业优先;
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in human resource is preferred.
2. 2年以上人事工作经验,了解劳动法者优先;
Over 2 years’ working experience in related HR fields, experienced with labor laws is preferred.
3. 有SAP经验者优先。
Solid experience in HR systems such as SAP is preferred.
