岗位职责:
Responsible for developing and sustaining solid and trusting relationship between major key customers and company.
负责发展和维持主要客户与公司之间牢固且信任的关系。
Develop in depth understanding of key account customer needs. Proactively generate leads and work with team to pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients.

Acting as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams.
作为主要客户和内部团队之间的主要联系点。
Ensure that the Company meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed/committed timelines.
确保公司根据提议/承诺的时间表满足所有客户需求和可交付成果。
To conduct or attend regular internal meeting and customer check-ins to maintain strong communication and strengthen our relationship with the customers.
召开或参加定期的内部会议和客户登记,以保持良好的沟通并加强我们与客户的关系。
As main point of contact for major key customers in Greater China, responsible for the communication and internal resource coordination for the projects of key account customers in Hong Kong, Macao and ***, developing and maintaining customer relationships with the hotel management groups headquartered in Hong Kong, Macao and ***, and supporting the expansion and cooperation of hotel business opportunities of the group in China.
作为大中华区重要客户的联系人,负责对应各大集团在港澳台地区项目的沟通及内部资源协调,同步各个集团在针对港澳台为总部的酒店管理集团,发展和维护客户关系,支持该集团在中国区的酒店商机的拓展及合作。
Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Management.
完成领导交办的其他事项。
岗位要求:
1. 有5年以上国际品牌酒店从业经历,担任过酒店前厅经理,值班经理,销售经理等职位;
2. 具有丰富的国际酒店品牌(包括万豪,凯悦,洲际,雅高等)和国内知名业主集团(包括保利,绿地,锦江等)的人脉资源,了解新建酒店的商务拓展流程;
3. 以业务结果为导向,完成公司年度销售指标;
4. 具有坚韧的商务开拓精神,有一定的抗压能力;
5. ***,为人大方,诚信可靠
6. 大学本科以上学历,熟练的英语听说读写能力(优秀人才可适当放宽)
7. 完成上级领导交代的其他工作
