-Strong background of product and process engineering in semiconductor industry and optical-electrical assembly and test process.

-Deep understanding and hands on experience of factory manufacturing process control and quality systems

-Knowledge of process engineering is a big plus.

-5 years relevant experience in manufacturing factory.

Description

-Help review CM’s data, ensuring data correctness with final approval from TPM DRI -Ramp Build Reports

-Attend meetings (on site sync, FA, etc.)

-Line patrol/audit

-Tracking yield/MIL/FA/ORT issues

-Work with TPM/Quality teams to complete projects

-Self driving to learn to have good understanding on product, process and testing.

-Resolve process and quality issues in the product and manufacturing processes

-Monitor manufacturing key process and quality performances indexes.

-Able to perform and drive failure analysis. Root cause failures and deliver improvement solutions.

-Drive 8D report for product returned from customer or manufacture issues. Track, report and close out issues in a timely manner.

-Complete in timely correlation activities and identify gaps among module, component and system. Follow up till the gap is closed.

-Ensure cosmetic standards are aligned from component supplier till system integrator.

-Review module manufacturing process and quality control plans conforming to POR criteria.

-Audit module manufacturers for mass production readiness.

-Ensure module suppliers are conforming to product specs and requirements.

-Ensure qualification and reliability activities at suppliers are in line with requirements.

-Routine status reporting to TPM/Quality team and issue escalation when needed.

Education

-MS/BS in technical field, such as Electrical engineering, chemical, material, or Mechanical engineering
