Require minimum 2 years of experience in CQE function

Technical skills:

1. Knowledge with IATF 16949 and AIAG core tools : APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA

2. Knowledge with VDA6.3, VDA6.5, VDA2

3. Certificated auditor for VDA6.3, IATF 16949 and CQI is preferred

4. Knowledge with GD&T, able to read drawing

5. Knowledge with metrology

6. Analytical thinking and problem solving skill (such as 8D, 5why, Ishikawa, DOE, six sigma etc)

7. Knowledge of BIQS

General skills:

1. Good English skills in reading, writing

2. MS office (such as excel, word, powerpoint, etc), Minitab, SAP

3. Great passion on quality management

4. Strong communication and team work spirit

5. Ability of working under pressure

Job Description :

Tasks in project phase:

1. Participate risk assessment for product and process(FMEA)

2. Participate customer technical review with project team

3. Inspection plan such as control plan/inspection work instruction for prototype, launch and series production

4. Process qualification with process engineer

5. Master samples, limit samples and error proof samples preparation

6. PPAP documents preparation and submission to customer

7. Handle customer PPAP audit and follow up till the audit findings closed

8. Follow up the effectiveness of GP12/safe launch activities till quit

9. Train operators, IPQC and GP12 inspector regarding inspection requirements

10. Customer visit for project support

Tasks in series phase:

1. Handle customer complaints, follow the guide of EPP to solve problems from root

2. Handle production line quality issues together with production and manufacturing engineering

3. Monitor the performance of the responsible line, such as customer ppm/internal scrap/Cpk

4. Continuous improvement for top internal issues

5. Deviation management

6. Participate the engineer change for series products
