Sr. Officer - Sourcing(Primary Packaging)

1. Oversee all aspects of projects rollout from development to delivery to ensure the completion of projects within timeframe and budget by:

1). Develop detailed timeline for the project from development to delivery.

2). Coordinate with all related stakeholders including sales, engineers, quality, vendors and customers.

3). Follow up on task owners to ensure timely completion.

4). Monitoring progress of projects.

5). Always look for alternatives to minimize risk, improve on schedule and cost.

6). Maintain clear track record of project budget (sample, molding, factory cost etc.) and all related documents such as certificates, test reports etc. throughout the process.

2. Closely monitor to those who must deliver and coordinate between teams.

3. Define and set realistic alternatives and project expectations.

4. Able to anticipate execution challenges and counteract these challenges in early stage.

5. Escalate to manager/management when there is risk (cost, budget, schedule, quality) to the project or any conflict occurs.

6. Regular project update and reporting to management.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in packaging, engineering, fashion, supply chain management or equivalent work experience.

2. 3-5 years of experiences in sourcing or project management (cosmetics, toy, sundries, packaging industry experience is a plus).

3. Experiences on supplier & cost management. Good sense on numbers. Fact and data driven.

4. Previous working experience in buying office and / or factory environment is an advantage.

5. Knowledges and experiences on plastics and metals manufacturing processes, injection molding and tooling preferred.

6. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese a plus.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to negotiate and coordinate with all stakeholders as well convey the objectives within teams.

8. Demonstrate strong verbal, written, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

9. Demonstrate a strong drive for result. A can-do attitude.

10. Demonstrate good discipline in holding project review, timeline and budget.

11. Well-organized, self-motivated, hardworking and good sense of responsibility.
