Job Overview
Utahloy International School Guangzhou seeks a dedicated and experienced Senior Varsity Boys Basketball Coach to lead the boys' basketball program for a ten-week season. The coach will be responsible for developing student-athletes both on and off the court, fostering a competitive environment, and promoting the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities 工作职责：
1.Program Leadership: Develop and implement the vision and strategy for the varsity boys basketball program, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and values.

2.Coaching Duties: Plan and conduct practices, games, and team meetings; develop game strategies and player development programs.

3.Player Development: Assess individual players' skills, assign positions, and monitor their progress throughout the season.

4.Team Management: Organize team schedules, manage equipment, and oversee all aspects of team operations including travel arrangements.

Qualifications 任职要求：
61 Minimum of three years coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level; previous playing experience at a competitive level is preferred.

61 FIBA level coaching certifications or equivalent.
国际篮联级别教练证书或同等证书。
61 Strong leadership and organizational skills.
