About this role: As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling daily receipts and expenditures, handling simple tax as well as banking issues. Analyze and research financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide financial information to superiors.作为财务经理，你将负责日常收支的管理和核对，处理简单的税务以及银行问题。分析、研究财务数据，准备财务报告，向上级提供财务信息。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage to oversee the comprehensive of the company's export tax refund operations, including tax refund declarations, data preparation, and monitoring of tax refund progress.负责公司出口退税业务的全面管理，包括退税申报、资料准备、跟进退税进度等。
2. Prepare and process all relevant documentation.相关单证的制作和处理。
3. Possess a thorough understanding of national export tax rebate policies to ensure compliance and efficiency in the company’s tax rebate activities.熟悉并掌握国家出口退税政策, 确保公司退税工作合规、高效进行。
4. Maintain effective communication with customs authorities, the tax bureau, and other pertinent departments to promptly address any issues encountered during the tax refund process.与海关、税务局等相关部门保持良好沟通，及时解决退税过程中遇到的问题。
5. Assist in completing additional financial and taxation-related tasks as required.协助完成其他与财务、税务相关的工作。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting or related.本科及以上学历，财务、会计或相关专业背景。
2. Minimum 2 years of tax rebate accounting or related work experience, familiar with the export tax rebate operation process.至少2年以上退税会计或相关工作经验，熟悉出口退税操作流程。
3. Proficient in national tax regulations and export tax rebate policies, with good tax planning ability. 精通国家税收法规及出口退税政策，具备良好的税务筹划能力。
4. Ability with good data analysis and the use of Excel and other office software for data processing skill.具备良好的数据分析能力，能熟练使用Excel等办公软件进行数据处理。
5. Strong sense of responsibility, careful work, with good communication and coordination skills and team spirit.责任心强，工作细致认真，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
