物流主管 Logistics Supervisor

1.To develop outsourcing plans based on production and shipping schedules, and coordinate and manage the delivery performance of outsourcing suppliers.

根据生产计划及发运计划制定外协计划，协调并管理外协供应商交付情况；

2.Drive synergy between procurement, production, and sales logistics, collaborate to address exceptions in delivery.

推动采购、生产与销售物流的协同整合, 处理交付上的异常情况；

3.To supervise daily logistics activities (Warehouse management, safety management, timely receiving and dispatching, and accurate inventory control.

规划并监督日常物流活动（仓库、运输、出入库收发货及时性，库存准确）

4.Leading cost-saving initiatives (e.g., route optimization).

主导降本增效项目（如路线优化）。

5.To handle customs-related matters,oversee inbound/outbound logistics, international freight, and customs compliance.

处理关务相关事宜。管理进出口物流、国际货运及海关合规。

6.To ensure compliance with safety,quality,and environmental standards.

确保符合安全、质量及环保标准；

Skills Requirements 任职要求:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

物流、供应链或相关专业本科以上学历;

2.Over 10 years of logistics/SCM experience in automotive manufacturing 十年以上汽车制造业物流或供应链经验；

3.Fluent in English.

英语流利;

4.Proficient in SAP and MS Office.

熟练使用SAP及Office软件；

5.Strong communication and negotiation skills.

具备沟通谈判能力。
