Job Responsibilities:
- Familiar with national social insurance, and housing fund policies;
- Familiar with employee entry and exit process;
- Familiar with the calculation logic of salary and personal income tax for local and foreign employees;
- Good at communicating with customers, understanding needs, providing HR and payroll solutions, and following up the follow-up implementation;
- Have experience in cooperating with local agencies;
- Have a good sense of service and strong communication skills;
- Establish and maintain good relations with clients and internal colleagues.
- Collect and review employee reimbursement and follow up the whole process.
- Input monthly billing data into the system to generate billing.
- Responsible for basic HR-related matters of clients, including but not limited to Employment Contract signing/alteration/termination, leave record, contract filing, etc.
- Per client request, the salary report should be customized, staff costs should be issued, and the annual IIT report should be issued, etc.
- Familiar with China Labor Law, HR-related regulations, tax declaration-related regulations, and operation experience is preferred.
- Experience in foreigners' work permits and residence permits is preferred.
Requirements:
- 2 years or above of experience in client communication on payroll-related aspects
- Excellent in English email writing and speaking
- College degree or above
- Third-party HR outsourcing service experience is a priority
