1. Fabric Innovation and Development面料开发

o Work closely with suppliers to source novel materials and technologies. 与供应商密切合作，获取新颖的材料和技术。

o Ensure that developed fabrics meet quality, performance, and sustainability standards. 确保开发的面料符合质量、性能和可持续性标准。

2. Cost Management成本管理

o Manage the budget for fabric development projects and ensure cost-effectiveness. 管理面料开发项目的预算并确保成本效益。

o Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing and terms. 与供应商谈判以获得有利的价格和条款。

o Identify opportunities to optimize the fabric development process to reduce costs. 寻找机会优化面料开发流程以降低成本。

3. Supplier Relationship Management供应商关系管理

o Build and maintain strong partnerships with fabric suppliers. 与面料供应商建立并维护牢固的合作伙伴关系

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree or above ，better in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. 大专学历以上，纺织工程、材料科学或相关领域优先

2. Minimum of [1] years of experience in fabric development. 1年以上从事面料开发工作经验

3. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. 沟通和协作技能，能够与跨职能团队和外部合作伙伴有效合作。
