工艺主管

1、Follow the Atlas Copco approach and work with Operation Manager to ensure that production process complies with safety, health and environmental requirements and quality management requirements 遵循阿特拉斯·科普柯的方法，与生产运营经理一起确保生产过程符合安全、健康和环境的要求和质量管理的要求；

2、Support Operation Manager to establish production technical documents and procedures and revise standard operations and work specifications to improve operational performance 支持生产运营经理建立生产技术文件和程序并修订标准操作和工作规范，提高运营绩效；

3、Work together with engineering team and new product development team to introduce new product in production line 与工程团队和新产品开发团队一起将新产品引入生产线；

4、Responsible for production line layout, internal logistic flow planning, define parts location, internal process and related tooling, etc., 负责生产线布局，内部物流流程规划，定义零件位置和相关配套；

5、Responsible for production smoothly. Drive continuous improvement of production process, improve production cost and increase production efficiency and product quality 负责生产线顺利生产，并推动生产过程的持续改进，改善生产成本并提高生产效率和产品质量；

6、Develop and maintain project plans to ensure cost, time and quality of project delivery 制定并维护项目计划，确保项目交付的成本、时间和质量；

7、Support projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction in the production area 支持和推进生产区域在降本增效，质量提升和客户满意度提升方面的改进项目；

8、Participate in design review, manufacturing and feedback from the manufacturing process perspective, and work with the engineering team to drive the design and manufacturing of new products 从制造过程的角度参与设计评审、制造和反馈，与工程团队一起推动新产品的设计与制造；

9、Conduct process knowledge and skills training for employees to improve their process level and operational skills 对员工进行工艺知识和技能培训，提高员工的工艺水平和操作技能；

10、To create clear, transparent status reporting to both production lines and management team 为生产线和管理层提供清晰透明的状态报告；

11、Support management in making effective decisions, pro-active review and analysis of production 支持管理层做出有效的决策，积极主动地对生产进行评审和分析；

12、Other duties include troubleshooting of failed units; working with the Aftermarket department on outgoing kits, spares, etc., 其他职责包括故障排除;与售后部门合作处理配件，备件等；

13、Other tasks assigned by reporting manager 上级安排的其他任务

Experience/Knowledge/Educational requirements：

1、Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering 机械工程专业本科以上学历

2、More than 5 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing industry 5年以上机械制造行业相关工作经验

3、Experience in gas generation or purification is preferred 有气体产生或净化经验者优先

4、Familiar with lean production and quality control methods 熟悉精益生产和质量控制方法

5、Good communication and coordination skills 良好的沟通协调能力

6、Familiar with SHEQ requirements 熟悉SHEQ要求;

7、Good command of English 良好的英语 (口头和书面)

8、Experience in digital and ERP systems is preferred 数字化和ERP系统经验者优先
