The Project Manager ensures the team:

1. understands the client’s goals, concerns and agendas

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress performance on all projects within the team

? Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements to designers and internal project members

? Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status

? Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during the project

? Interface directly with the client and lead all stages of the project ensuring we are one step ahead of their needs

? Perform risk management to minimize project risk

主要职责：

? 制定详细的项目计划，监控和跟踪团队中所有项目的进展情况；

? 与客户交流，理解他们的需求并传达给设计师和内部项目人员；

? 对工作进行整体质量控制（预算、时间表、计划、团队人员情况），定期报告项目状态；

? 根据情况调整计划，解决项目过程中可能出现的任何问题；

? 直接与客户接触，主导项目的各个阶段，确保我们比他们的需求提前一步；

? 进行风险管理，尽量减少项目风险.

Job Requirements

To be a successful Project Manager with M Moser, you are someone who sees problems differently, you are organized in your thinking and can dig into a problem to find the solution. As our Project Manager, you are proactive, have a knack for forecasting and mitigating problems before they arise and are able to put yourself in the clients’ shoes. As a Project Manager, it is very important that you naturally understand and leverage their strengths to produce the best outcome possible for your team, client, our company and partners.

We are looking for successful candidates:

? Minimum of 5 years project management experience in architecture or interior related industry

? Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related

? Excellent communication and coordination ability and on-site reporting ability.

? Team player and able to work independently.
