Senior Engineer-Equipment

1. Fixed assets management

? Receive, repair, maintain and scrap Fixed Assets in accordance with the asset management process to ensure the safety of the assets.

? Responsible for the maintenance and update of the equipment asset list in the area, regularly check the fixed assets in the area according to the fixed asset management process and escalate the abnormal assets.

2. Preventive and predictive maintenance

? Assist the department manager to establish an equipment maintenance team and train team members in safety, operation, maintenance related knowledge, and ensure the safety of maintenance activities

? Setup equipment maintenance plan and method, monitor the completion of maintenance activities as planned.

? Assist the department manager to establish an equipment layered audit system.

? Lead the daily equipment layered audit in respond production, and timely discover and correct problems in the use and maintenance of equipment.

? Control the maintenance cost within the budget.

3. Corrective maintenance

? Assist the department manager, establish the equipment maintenance position skill requirement matrix, identify, and recruit suitable talents.

? Lead daily equipment unplanned down root cause analysis, provide and implement short-term and long-term corrective actions to meet maintenance KPIs.

? Continually improve equipment stability and efficiency through technological upgrades and modification to meet budget requirement.

? Continuously reduce maintenance costs by optimizing maintenance standards and spare part selection

? Control the MTBF and MTTR within the budget.

4. Calibration management

? Regular maintenance and calibration of special facilities, ensure compliance with national laws and regulations.

5. Spare part management

? Establish a suitable safety stock of spare parts for the facility to ensure the quantity of spare parts to meet the demand.

? Maintain and update of spare parts list for equipment in the area, according to the spare parts management process, supervise the use of spare parts, lower inventory purchasing, account management, scrapping and other activities.

Performance responsibilities –

? Equipment unplan down time meet 4YR roadmap in respond production.

? Equipment team efficiency improvement 5% vs IDL Budget.

Functional requirements –

? Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance field

? Familiar with the working principle and maintenance of non-standard automation equipment

? Understand the principle of manipulator and visual robot communication，experience in maintenance of robots and vision robots

? Understand electrical working principle, understand drawings, and solve electrical problem

Tools application requirements –

? Fluent in English (both writing and read)

? knowledge and practice of MS office software

? Be able to use Auto-CAD

? Be able to use Pro/E to design

? Be able to use PLC software (Omron, Xinjie, Siemens)

? Equipment safety design mindset is must

Certificates requirements –

? Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Mechanical/ Electrical control
