Project Manager

1. Act as the primary regional point of contact as the technical expert for Textile Exchange Program, including providing support for the qualification of personnel and providing support for sales / Business Development activities;

2. In cooperation with the Global and other Regional Technical Sector Managers maintain, enhance and address process improvements, procedure development, veto/technical reviews, non-auditing personnel approvals and auditor approvals etc.;

3. In cooperation with the Global and other Regional Technical Sector Managers ensure the relevant policies, procedures, documentations are reflective of the requirements of the scheme and are current and updated in GMS (SharePoint);

4. Coordinate with the Global and other Regional Technical Sector Managers the required auditor and non-auditing personnel training related to the scheme;

5. In cooperation with the Global & other Regional Technical Sector Managers provide technical input into the design and development of training and/or webinar material development for external customer facing events;

6. Participate in all Textile Exchange webinars and meetings and communicate to local offices relevant updates;

7. Communicate with Textile Exchange where nominated or delegated;

8. Attend Accreditation office assessment and coordination of AB witness audit;

9. Monitor competitor activities in region, provide competitor intelligence updates to Global team.

任职要求：

1. Education: Master or Doctor, major in Textile related or chemistry, environmental science;

教育背景：纺织相关专业或化工/化学专业、环境科学的硕士或博士；

2. At least 3 years of audit experience in the relevant work area; all in all, at least 5 years of work experience;

至少3年相关工作领域的审核经验； 以及至少5年的工作经验；

3. Famillar with stardards issued by Textile Exchange and have onsite audit experience;

熟悉Textile Exchange 相关标准要求，有实际现场审核经验

4. Well Knowledge in ISO/IEC17065 and worked on internal or external assessment;

非常了解ISO/IEC 17065体系要求，参与过内外审工作；

5. Have management experience;

有团队管理经验；

6. High work efficiency and good executive ability;

工作效率高，有执行力；

7. Excellent communication skills, good ability to solve problems and work under pressure;

沟通能力强，善于解决问题，能够承受压力；

8. Excellent in English, especially be fluent to communicate with foreigner.

非常好的英文能力，能够流利的与外国人交流。
