职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. KMT / WIDIA have low presence in S2MC (Small to Medium customers).
2. These are customers who typically possess small number of machines and not serviced by our existing channel partners.
3. The key deliverable of this role is to build a new channel – Retail (Offline) & e channel (Online) targeting S2MC segment and execute Metal cutting S2MC strategy to gain share in this market thru KMT & WIDIA Brands.
4. Retail channel will be serving S2MC customers thru Retailers while e channel will be targeting S2MC Customers thru online retail.
5. Expectations from this role is to develop these new channels, Work with S2MC customers, develop network of New Retailers, work with external e commerce partner to set up Digital Shop, actively interact with cross functional teams to establish required processes & generate demand to grow KMT Share with S2MC customers in China.
Requirements:
61 Execute S2MC Metal cutting strategy.
61 Grow KMT Share at S2MC Customers thru one. Retail two. Online e channel
61 Develop Retail & e channel in China.
61 Set up e channel Shop.
61 Execute Retail Channel key actions.
61 Onboard New Retailers across China, Piloting with identified 3 provinces - Jiangsu Zhejiang Guangdong
61 Responsible for day-to-day Commercial activities for Retail & Digital channel
61 Collaborate with Product, Pricing, Manufacturing & Territory commercial team.
61 Co-ordinate with the Marketing Team for Branding, Promotions.
61 Manage the day-to-day interaction with the Retailers & e commerce partner.
61 Daily / Monthly Orders & Sales generation thru New channels – Retail + e channel
61 Foster an environment which stimulates open communication, creativity, imagination and creates a team spirit that solves problems and builds the Retail & e channel business.
