We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an finance background, preferably with experience in European and American companies, experience in SAP or other finance system operation, and fluent English proficiency.
我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的财务经理加入团队，需要候选人具备财务专业背景，有欧美公司的工作经验，有SAP或者其他财务系统操作经验，并具备流利的英语能力。
岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1. 建立健全的财务制度，规范资金业务相关流程，确保公司资金安全、高效利用；
Establish a sound financial system, standardize the related procedures of capital business, to ensure the safe and efficient use of the company's funds.
2. 根据公司相关规定以及财务准则，负责每月成本核算，坏账计提，各种销售、利润表等财务报表的统计工作；
Responsible for monthly cost accounting, bad debt provisioning, sales, profit and other financial statements statistics according to relevant regulations and financial standards of the company.
3. 负责银行借款的财务管理，以及借款利息的财务工作；
Responsible for financial management of bank loans, as well as financial work related to loan interest.
4. 对接公司与银行、税务、工商、外汇管理局和统计局等政府部门之间的业务往来，确保公司账务合理合法；
Maintain the business relationship between the company and government departments such as bank, tax bureau, industry and commerce, foreign exchange administration bureau and statistics bureau, ensure that company's accounting is legitimate.
5. 向执行团队和总部CFO汇报财务结果，提供清晰、可行的见解；
Report financial results to the executive team and headquarters CFO to provide clear, actionable insights.
6. 负责财务管理相关工作，包括预算的编制、控制、监督，通过有效的分析发现管理问题并提出改进建议；
Responsible for financial management, including budget preparation, control and supervision, identify management problems through effective analysis and make suggestions for improvement.
7. 支持生产及供应链部门协调库存管理工作，减少存货压力，协调盘库工作，确保工作附表和总账相符；
Support production and supply chain department to coordinate inventory management, reduce inventory pressure, coordinate inventory work, ensure work schedule and general ledger.
8. 及时了解并申报政府关于税务的政策，进口免抵税、退税等各项福利政策；
Timely understand and declare the government's tax policies, import tax exemption, tax refund and other welfare policies.
9. 支持各部门，及时提供有价值的财务分析及改善建议，确保公司运营的健康、可持续发展；
Support all departments to provide timely and valuable financial analysis and improvement suggestions to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the company's operations.
10. 配合总部制定并完成公司年度预算以及未来发展战略计划；
Cooperate with the headquarters to develop and complete the annual budget and future development strategy plan.
11. 完成领导交付的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
任职要求：
Job Requirements:
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，财务专业；
Bachelor degree or above，major in financial.
2. 欧美制造业财务管理3年以上经验为佳。有ERP系统经验，SAP、Business Centre为佳；
Minimum 3 years finance management experience in Europe or America enterprises is preferred, experience in ERP system, SAP or Business Centre is preferred.
3. 英语可作为工作语言，能够同外方进行英文沟通，读，写；
English is available as a working language and excellent at English reading and writing.
4. 熟练使用各项办公软件；
Good command of office software.
