Project Manager

1. Specifications Management:

- Collaborate with the HQ in France to draft and refine the specifications document.

- Ensure all innovative requirements and updates from the specifications are accurately implemented during production.

2. Production Oversight:

- Monitor the production timeline to ensure timely completion.

- Inspect and validate the finishing quality of the machines.

- Conduct on-site evaluations to ensure compliance with quality and design standards.

3. Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Supervise a comprehensive testing phase, focusing on digging performance and hydraulic functionality.

- Identify and resolve any issues, such as hydraulic leaks or structural deficiencies.

4. Shipping and Logistics:

- Ensure excavators are securely packed and shipped in containers to Europe.

- Verify that all external components are protected against damage during transit.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in heavy construction equipment manufacturing or hydraulic systems.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.

- Basic proficiency in English is advantageous for coordination with the French HQ
