Job description included but not limited

岗位职责包括但不限于：

1.Preparation, review and release of compressor element assembly process related IC and procedure.

准备，审查和释放压缩机机头组装工艺相关的IC和程序

2.Identification, design, procurement, and implementation of element assembly equipment and/or fixture needs

定义，设计，采购和实施机头装配所需的设备和/或夹具

3. Independently trouble shooting of OIS or ZH assembly line to keep the production running smoothly.

(4M1E) 能够独立解决OIS或ZH 机头装配生产线的工艺问题，保证生产的顺利进行。

4.Lead or coordinate the new compressor element assembly line establish or relocation related project

领导或协调新压缩机机头生产线的建立或搬迁相关项目

5. Continuous improvement project on OIS or ZH assembly process

OIS or ZH机头装配工艺的持续改进项目

6. Digital IC development and implement to production

将数字IC开发并运用到产线 ·

7.Formulation of welding process, continuous improvement; formulation of welding program, optimization.

焊接工艺的制定，持续改进; 焊接程序的编制，优化

Experience Requirements经验要求

1. Master of LEAN experience and knowledge

掌握精益生产经验和知识

2.Master of welding process including hydro-expansion, welding equipment, pressure testing, all welding process related knowledge.

掌握焊接工艺，包括液压胀，焊接设备，压力测试等所有焊接工艺相关知识

3.Knowledge of assembly equipment & process planning, budget process and simultaneous engineering activities

了解装配设备和工艺规划，预算流程和同步工程活动

4.Knowledge of compressor element assembly

了解压缩机机头装配

5.Experience of project management

拥有项目管理经验

6.Experience of CAD software using

拥有CAD 绘图软件的使用经验

7.Knowledge of digital IC

了解电子IC的制作

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求

1.Require bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.

要求在认可的大学获得机械工程学士学位及以上

2.Require good written and oral communication skills for dealing with clients,supervisors and other engineers with English

具备良好的书面和口头沟通能力，能用英语与客户、主管和其他工程师打交道

3.Welding engineer qualification certificate

焊接工程师资格证书

4.Has GB(AML)/ASME/PED certification experience

国标（AML）或美标ASME或PED欧标压力容器认证经验
