Regional In Store VM - 区域驻店陈列师

Reports to: Visual Merchandising Manager

Location: Xi'an

JOB OBJECTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Visual Merchandising activities for existing directly-operated retail stores and planned new store openings

* Coordinate Visual Merchandising activities with distributors/clients for partner-operated stores and other wholesale POS

* Ensure that regional stores and POS in field implement VM at the highest possible standards in- line with global guidelines and standars

* Develop, propose, and implement creative executions for window and in-store upgrades

* Work closely with Visual Merchandiser to ensure all VM/in-store POP materials orders are placed/received as per the direction and market needs

* Plan and conduct periodic VM training to store staff

SKILLS and WORK EXPERIENCE

80 Creative Mindset

80 3-5 years experiences in VM for international fashion companies and/or creative fields. International and/or regional experience would be an advantage.

80 Able to travel across China and internationally

80 Luxury or Fast Fashion industry is a plus.

80 Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator and Adobe software.

80 Good inter-personal skills

80 Self-motivated. Able to work independently as required, but able to function as part of larger team structure.
