职位描述
1、Provide professional technical consult to customers in switching power design, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and signal integrity (SI) design; the cases may be involved in customer’ schematics/ PCB review, pre-and post-simulation, or on-site debugging. 为客户提供开关电源设计、电磁兼容性（EMC）和信号完整性（SI）设计方面的专业技术咨询；这些案例可能涉及客户的原理图/PCB审查、前后模拟或现场调试。
2、Hold customer-site seminars and trainings on switching power, EMC and SI topics.就开关电源、EMC和SI主题举办客户现场研讨会和培训。
3、Provide troubleshooting solutions or advice to customers.向客户提供故障排除解决方案或建议。
4、Take full responsibility to cooperate with universities, and organize high-level EMC seminars in world-wide electronic expositions.全权负责与大学合作，并在全球电子博览会上组织高级别EMC研讨会。
5、Coordinate with FAE teams to make specific market analysis and design proper strategy/tactics to promote brand and new products.与FAE团队协调，进行具体的市场分析，并设计适当的战略/战术，以推广品牌和新产品。
6、Take full responsibility to develop the technical skill/know-how of sales team and other junior engineers.全面负责开发销售团队和其他初级工程师的技术技能/诀窍。

Your professional background：
1、Master degree or above in electrical engineering, microwave engineering, and electronics engineering. 电气工程、微波工程和电子工程硕士以上学历。
2、Solid academic background in electromagnetics or microwave engineering is a must. 必须具有电磁学或微波工程方面的扎实学术背景。
3、Research and development experience in EMC or SI areas is a must. 必须具有EMC或SI领域的研发经验。
4、Minimum 3 years R&D background in analog and digital systems hardware design. 至少3年模拟和数字系统硬件设计研发背景.
5、Minimum 3 years R&D background in EMC or SI design. 至少3年EMC或SI设计研发背景。
6、Hands-on experience with switching-mode power system (SMPS) experience is a plus.有开关电源系统（SMPS）实践经验者优先。
7、Familiar with measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer, TDR, and VNA. 熟悉测量仪器，如示波器、频谱分析仪、TDR和VNA.
8、Command software simulation tools such as Cadence Allegro SI, HFSS, Spice.

9、Good inter-personal communication skill, independent and self-motivated. 良好的人际沟通能力，独立和自我激励。

11、Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力。
12、Possess driving license. 持有驾驶执照。
