职位描述
Scope of Responsibilities：
Execute company-assigned project tasks within defined scopes, control costs according to project budgets, meet client quality standards, and deliver project outcomes on schedule or exceeding expectations.
接受公司指派的项目任务，在框定的项目范围内，按照项目预算控制成本，满足客户质量标准，按期或超预期交付项目成果。
Key Responsibilities：
1. Manage and monitor external stakeholders' expectations to mitigate impacts on project objectives
管理和监控外部相关方的期望，以降低对项目目标的影响；
2. Control project scope to prevent gold plating (unauthorized scope expansion)
控制项目范围，防止镀金；
3. Administer project budget, maintaining strict cost control across all expenditures
执行项目预算，控制项目各项成本；
4. Oversee quality assurance, driving production teams to implement proactive corrective/preventive actions (PCAs)
监控项目质量，引领生产部门实施正确的预防措施；
5. Develop risk response strategies and steer projects through recovery scenarios
制定项目风险策略，引领项目走出困境；
6. Facilitate cross-functional communications to ensure seamless information flow between internal teams and external stakeholders.
沟通内外部信息，确保项目团队内部与各相关方的沟通的顺畅。
Job Qualifications：
1. Educational Background教育背景：
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Project Management, Engineering Management, Business Administration or related fields.
本科及以上学历，项目管理、工程管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。
2. Work Experience工作经验：
- More than 5 years of project management experience, with PMP certification preferred.
5年以上项目管理经验，有PMP认证者优先。
3. Skill Requirements技能要求：
- Be familiar with project management processes.
熟悉项目管理流程。
- Possess good abilities in budget management and cost control.
具备良好的预算管理和成本控制能力。
- Proficient in using office software (such as Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
