基本要求：

1.学士学位或以上，工程、项目管理或相关领域。

2.至少5年在充电桩或相关行业的项目管理经验，具有海外工作经验者优先。

3.精通质量体系，质量管理流程和问题解决能力

4.熟悉交流和直流充电技术及其应用。

5.强大的领导和团队管理能力，出色的跨文化沟通和协调能力。

6.能够在快节奏和多任务环境中工作。

7.熟练使用项目管理软件和工具。

8.流利的英语沟通能力，掌握其他语言者优先。

加分项：

1.持有PMP（项目管理专业人士）认证或其他国际认可的项目管理资格。

2.在电动汽车充电基础设施领域有成功的国际项目管理案例。

3.主机厂或者Tie1供应商工作经历

4.熟悉国际市场和标准，包括欧盟CE认证、美国UL/FCC认证等。

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Manage and oversee the implementation of overseas projects to ensure they align with the company's strategic objectives and international standards.

- Lead multicultural teams, including local staff and international team members, to ensure efficient collaboration and the achievement of goals.

- Establish and maintain good relationships with overseas customers, partners, and suppliers to support project success and the long-term development of the company.

- Monitor project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and the realization of financial targets.

- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their professional skills and project management capabilities.

- Ensure projects comply with all relevant international standards and regulatory requirements.

**Basic Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of project management experience in the charging pile industry or related fields, with preference given to candidates with overseas work experience.

- Proficiency in quality systems, quality management processes, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with AC and DC charging technologies and their applications.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.

- Proficient in using project management software and tools.

- Fluent in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Hold a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other internationally recognized project management qualifications.

- Have a successful track record in international project management within the electric vehicle charging infrastructure sector.

- Experience working with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.

- Familiarity with international markets and standards, including EU CE certification, US UL/FCC certification, etc.
