职位描述
1. According to inspection plan, control specification and WI to do
inspection and make inspection report for start-up, finished good and sample, and ensure all release parts are conforming to quality control specification.
根据检验计划、控制规范和作业指导书执行日常的成品检验、首件检验和样品检验，并出具检验报告，确保只有符合质量要求的产品才予以放行。
2. Inform production and segregate suspicious parts when any non-conforming
part or abnormity is detected, and report to quality group leader/quality
supervisor.
发现任何产品不合格或异常情况时及时通知生产相关负责人并隔离产品；反馈给组长或质量主管。
3. Responsible for reporting the finished goods to SAP in time, and
transfer the products to the next process.
负责将检验完成的产品及时在SAP中报工，并将实物流转到下一道工序。
4. Responsible for safety management and 5S activity of equipment, gauge
and tools in work area.
负责进行设备、量具、工具与工作区域的5S和安全管理。
5. Ensure shift change work well.
做好交接班的工作。
6. Responsible to monitor the temperature of lab and inspection room.
负责实验室和测量室的温度监控。
7. Understand and follow EHS rules to meet safety requirements.
理解并遵守环境、健康和安全制度以满足安全要求。
8. Other work assigned by quality group leader.
执行检验组长安排的其它任务。
Qualification and Requirement任职资格
- Major in mechanical or relevant Industry of technical school or above.
技校以上学历，机械类相关专业。
- At least 2 years of working experience in inspection or relevant.
2年以上相关检验工作经验。
- Good at office software Word and Excel.
熟练操作EXCEL, WORD等办公软件。
- Careful and responsible, good attitude.
细心，认真负责，态度端正。
