Distribution Development Support 经代渠道经理

Provide high-quality end-to-end support in distribution related events and campaigns, such as customer events,

promotion campaigns, etc.;

Ensure the process and procedures are complied with company policy and meet regulatory requirements;

Effectively manage the vendors for business related events and activities;

Effectively support other company level events, such as CRP related events;

Effectively support on budget management ;

This role will also provide necessary support in existing intermediary channel based on business need.

Qualifications - External

67To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Strong educational background with bachelor's degree;

At least 5 years of work experience in insurance companies or financial institution;

Customer events and marketing events related experience is preferred;

Team player and strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent Microsoft Skills of Excel and Powerpoint, especially in PPT presentation

Able to work under multi-task environment and to travel

Strong analytical skills

Proficiency in English
