仓库维修工程师Warehouse Maintenance Engineer

This role is based in Qingdao. During project phase involved in project Design、Construction、Commissioning and Qualification as end user to support Global engineering team/Project team to deliver Qingdao pMDI project. And standardize knowledge and experience during project and startup phase to prepare for Qingdao site PQ and PV and ensure following BAU smoothly in terms of daily operation including SOP/WI ready and continuously improve process/equipment/operation from project to BAU transition.

When moving into BAU, To manage and maintain EWM, WCS and equipment management, supporting the warehouse environment validation, change, audit and collaboration with other departments. Support and guide improvement on departmental SHE performance. To comply SHE and GMP，through appropriate prevent maintenance plan-making ,conducting maintenance activities effectively ,quick response to trouble-shooting ,make sure all the equipment in safe, high-yield manner to support the core business process of pMDI site to achieve top decile performance of SQSCP. Improve the professional capability constantly, communicate with external and internal customer and supplier for machine issue.

· 良好的问题解决能力和持续改进的能力，确保项目C&Q,PQ/PV的成功

· 如需要，起草相关工作指导或标准操作规程

· 及时定购设备备品备件，以满足仓库的需求。

· EWM、WCS系统的维护、主数据维护、变更支持和测试以及相关错误纠正

· 仓库设备的日常维护、异常问题处理、变更支持和实施以及与供应商沟通协调

· 协助进行偏差调查及审计

· 在维护或维修过程中，能以超级用户运用设备服务功能。

· 给验证或再验证提供支持

· 在进行一切与业务相关活动时都严格遵守公司 GMP、SHE、合规及其与职位和职责相关的支持性政策与标准

· 日常工作中与带班/生产负责人/流程团队成员紧密协调

· Fully involved in different project phase and have valuable input as end user

· Learn and apply best practice from other sites and other experiences to Qingdao project

· End to end mindset to be involved in project and ensure standardization and continuous improvement to BAU vertical startup through expertise, lean and experience gained from project phase

· Strong PPS and CI capability to ensure C&Q, PQ/PV successfully

· Draft technique WI/SOP as required

· Engineering spare parts ordering and stock management to support warehouse needs

· Maintenance of EWM and WCS systems, master data management, change support and testing, as well as related error correction.

· Daily maintenance of equipment, handling of abnormal issues, support and implementation of changes, as well as communication and coordination with vendors.

· Assist with deviation investigations and audits.

· Be able to operate related machines within service function as super user while maintaining and repairing

· Support Validation & Revalidation activity.

· Conduct all business activities in compliance with the GMP /SHE/Compliance supporting Policies and Standards related to position and responsibilities

· Well coordinate with group leader/PF/PCO members in daily operation
