2. Introduce and qualify new goods process and correlative tooling & equipment from R&D or other site

从R&D部门或其他厂区引进并确认新产品制程及相关的治具和设备

3. Establish related document like PMP, FMEA, WI, Packing specification

编制相关的文件，如果PMP、FMEA、作业指导书、包装规范等

4. Leading the samples made .Request and review the FAI and CPK study.

样品制作，FAI以及CPK研究

5. Lead trial run and verify process & tooling & equipment with R/D

与R&D一起指导试产及制程确认

6. Optimize the production lines process to improve efficiency, reduce scrap and assure quality;

优化生产制程、改产生产效率、降低报废、保证产品品质

7. Support technicians to fix equipment issue as to keep the production lines running smoothly.

支持技术员修复设备问题以保障产线生产顺畅

8. Take leader to implement preventive maintenance to assembly machine in good condition.

指导实施设备预防性保养使机器处于好的使用状态

9. Design and modify the tooling to improve process stable;

设计或修改治具等改善制程的稳定性

10. Be responsible for all quality work (such as quality standard set up, customer complaint response, QRQC and so on);

负责所有关于品质的工作，如品质标准的建立、客户投诉处理、QRQC等

11. Involve in the Material Review Board;

参与MRB

12. Train technician, QC and production staff;

培训技术员、QC以及生产相关人员

13. Follow the FCI EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Policy and system;

恪守FCI EHS方针和体系

14. Complete the other works assigned by boss;

完成上司交代其他事项

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:

1. A minimum of 3-year experience in manufacture process

最少3年以上生产制程经验

2. 2-year experience in connector industrial would be an added advantage.

2年以上连接器行业经验优先

3. Be familiar with correlative quality tooling and can use tooling to analyze and settle problem.

熟练运用质量控制相关工具分析解决问题

SKILLS REQUIRED: 所需技能:

Be familiar with computer and Pro-E or AutoCAD, Microsoft office software

熟悉Pro-E、AutoCAD、Microsoft Office软件

English level : CET-4 at least

英语：CET-4以上（含）
