包装结构设计师

1. 负责包装产品的结构设计、刀线制作及包装展示效果呈现,确保设计符合生产工艺, 运输标准,儿童玩具易开启性;

2. 精通印前技术, 能独立处理出血、拼版、色彩校对等印前问题, 规避生产风险;

3. 参与包装创新研发, 优化现有结构设计及排版;

4. 跟进打样及生产流程, 解决过程中的技术问题。

任职要求

1. 专业技能 :

○ 5 年以上包装结构设计经验, 熟悉包装设计软件;

○ 对刀模结构、材料特性、印刷工艺有深刻理解, 能独立完成刀线设计及印前文件处理;

○ 熟悉欧美品牌玩具出口包装标准,3C包装标准优先。

2. 沟通能力 :

○ 具备跨部门协调经验,能清晰传递技术需求并推动问题解决;

○ 责任心强。

○ 英文能读写。

Job Description

1. Design visually appealing packaging solutions (display boxes, hang tags, blister cards, etc.) aligned with brand direction.

2. Responsible for structural packaging design, die-line creation, and presentation of packaging mockups, ensuring designs meet

production feasibility, shipping standards, and child-friendly opening features (for toy packaging).

3. Proficient in prepress techniques, including bleed setup, imposition, color proofing, and risk mitigation for production.

4. Participate in packaging innovation, optimizing existing structural designs and layouts.

5. Oversee prototyping and production processes, resolving technical issues.

Requirements

1. Technical Skills:

○ 5+ years of experience in packaging structural design, proficient in packaging design software

○ Deep understanding of die-cut structures, material properties, and printing processes; able to independently handle die-line design

and prepress file preparation.

○ Familiarity with international packaging standards (e.g., EU/US toy export regulations, 3C certification for packaging is a plus).

2. Communication & Collaboration:

○ Experience in cross-department coordination, able to articulate technical requirements and drive solutions.

○ Strong sense of responsibility.

○ Written and spoken English.
