本职责Essential responsibilities and duties
量产后管理供应商质量及交付绩效；快速反应，解决在供应商产品质量问题。协助解决来料质量问题，推动供应商体系持续改进和质量改善。Manage quality and delivery performance of the supplier after SOP, Quick respond and solve the quality problem of the supplier, Assist to solve the incoming quality problem and continuously promote the improvement of the supplier’s quality system and part quality.
主要职责The main missions of the role are:
1.处理供应商日常质量问题，协调供应商质量及交付Solve the daily quality problem of the supplier, coordinate quality and delivery of the supplier。
2.组织变更零件验证、试装报告，确认工程变更验证结果以及供应商PSW文件签署Organize verification and preinstall of modifying parts, and confirm the results of Engineering Change Verification。
3.供应商质量记录管理，进行质量分析和供应商考核Record the supplier’s quality information, carry on the quality analysis and the supplier assessment。
4.快速反应，推进解决供应商质量问题，追踪供应商改善状态及报告Quick respond and assist to solve supplier’s quality problem, track the supplier’s improvement and give a report。
5.参与新项目中先期质量工作，协调处理新项目中供应商模具、检具、样件、产品的生产确认和验证Assist the incoming inspection, and promote the improvement of the supplier’s quality system and part quality。
6.指导来料检验工作，推进供应商体系改善及质量改进，管理并提高进货检验员发展Manage & improve incoming inspector development。
7.支持公司质量体系的实施，协助并推进工厂的FES 展开Support the implementation of plant’s quality system ，Support plant FES development。
8.以佛吉亚的道德规范和管理规范为基本商业行为准则和道德及管理指南约束自身及合作伙伴。The Code of Ethics and The Code of Management are the fundamental rules of business conduct and ethica&management guidelines applicable to all Faurecia employees and partners.
