工作概要 JOB SUMMARY ：
直接向香港配饰部跟单总经理汇报。该职位负责协调和跟进配饰订单的生产流程；确保配饰按照买家的要求和规定的时限进行生产和发货。Reports directly to the General Merchandise Manager - Accessories, Hong Kong. This role is responsible for coordinating and follow-up the production process of accessories orders; ensuring the accessories are produced and shipped as per the buyers’ requirements and within the specified timelines.
主要职责 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 监控并记录所有产品的生产和运输状态；密切关注供应商的所有审批，确保按时交货。 Monitor and log all production products and shipment status; and stay on top of all approvals with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
61 通过及时跟踪各供应商的生产状态，实时更新在制品（WIP）报告。 Update the Work in Progress (WIP) reports in real time by tracking the production status with respective vendors in timely manner.
61 与供应商密切沟通生产进度，确保问题能够及时发现并解决。 Closely communicate with vendors on production progress to ensure problem(s) is/are found and addressed timely.
61 确保供应商按时提交实验室测试、照片和样品；如发现问题，收集并将检查结果转发给香港主管。 Ensure vendors submit the lab tests, photos and TOP samples on time; collect and forward the inspection results to the supervisor in Hong Kong if any issue(s) be found.
61 更新样品状态，并跟进供应商的检查文件。 Update the samples status and follow-up with vendors of the inspection files.
61 监控样品运输，并在发现问题后向主管报告。 Monitor samples shipment and report to supervisor when issue(s) found.
其他职责 OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 确保输入系统的所有信息及时且准确。 Insure all information input into system is timely and accurately.
61 完成公司不时分配的其他项目/职责。 Any other projects/duties as assigned by the company from time-to-time.
任职资格 QUALIFICATIONS:
61 教育背景 EDUCATION:
营销学或相关专业大专以上学历，有制造业背景为佳。 Diploma or above in merchandising or related disciplines, preferably with manufacturing background.
61 工作经历WORK EXPERIENCE:
四年以上类似职位工作经验。 A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
知识、技能和责任要求 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ACCOUNTBILITIES REQUIRED:
61 具备较强的生产跟进能力，熟悉美国市场女时装鞋/女装手袋的营销和产品开发流程。 Strong in production follow up and familiar with merchandising and product development process in Lady’s dressy shoes / Lady’s handbags for the US market.
61 能够与团队建立良好关系，与内部和外部各方进行有效沟通。 Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
61 做事有条理，具有很强的解决问题和沟通能力。 Well organized individual with strong problem solving and communication skills.
61 高效；喜欢快节奏的工作环境，能够管理多项任务并在截止日期前完成工作。 Highly efficient; enjoy working in fast pace environment, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
61 英语书面和口语能力出色；能够读写中文。 Excellent command of written and spoken English; ability to read and write Chinese.
61 熟练掌握微软办公软件。 Computer literacy in Microsoft office programs.
61 需要经常在国内出差。 Frequent domestic travel is required.
