If you share our belief in the power of people and our passion for human-centric innovation, you will thrive together with brilliant, like-minded colleagues who are committed to making a true difference?The summary of the role:Standardize and establish the robot control standards and functional package standards of the workshop, maintain and optimize the robot system of the entire workshop, so as to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the robot equipment in the workshop, improve the robot utilization rate of the workshop and reduce the labor cost of the workshop.What you will do?Compile and implement various process documents, and be responsible for the issuance and change of maintenance process documents in the workshop to ensure the validity, completeness, correctness and unity of process documents;Inspect and supervise the implementation of process discipline and implement corresponding corrective measuresOrganize and implement the optimization and improvement of the workshop robot system, reduce operating costs and improve the stability and reliability of the systemStudy the balance between man and robot in the workshop, improve the utilization rate of the robot, reduce the cost and workload of the workshop man, and improve the man-machine problemProvide technical support for the robot equipment in the workshop, responsible for the development of robot equipment maintenance plan and the formulation and maintenance of spare parts list. Responsible for the optimization and improvement of the workshop robot function package (welding, gluing, SPR, laser welding) and improving the quality of the workshop together with MEResponsible for the R&M in the workshop, together with the product design and development department, participate in the robot selection, design, installation and commissioning of new modelsResponsible for the planning and implementation of the digitalization of workshop robots to improve the management efficiency of the workshopLead the automation improvement of the workshop, design the solution together with the production and supplier and implement it at the optimal costTrain maintenance engineers and technicians to improve the overall skills of maintenance personnelAchievement of KPI targets for workshop equipment, cause analysis, improvement and trackingSupport M3MU of the workshop Why do you fit the profile?Can diagnose and deal with electrical problems, and can guide maintenance operator to deal with electrical issuesWith ABB robot programming, diagnosis, fault handling capabilitiesProficient in the operation of ABB robots, and can complete the robot installation and commissioning of new projects by themselvesFamiliar with robot peripherals, and able to independently deal with robot-related software and hardware problemsHave strong communication and coordination, problem solving ability, strong innovation ability and pressure resistanceExcellent English listening and speaking skills
